When a customer downloads the 30 day trial version a follow up email will be sent approximately 2 weeks after the request to try the program has been received. The customer is given the opportunity to pass along any feedback from the users or see if any assistance is needed. If no indication that they do not wish to continue using the program is received a "no obligation" invoice is mailed.
This gives the customer the opportunity to send in a remittance before the 30 day trial period expires. Many customers have become dependent on the program and the interruption places a burden on their daily operation. At any time the customer is free to remit via secure online transaction (credit card). Once payment has been received an email is sent to the customer with instructions for removing the 30 day trial status.
